Payment Methods
We
accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover), personal or business checks, and money orders for
all online and offline orders. Returned checks are subject to a
$25 fee.

Ordering Methods
Ordering from us is easy! Although we use a secure server to protect
your personal information, we understand that not every customer
is comfortable using a credit card online. You can also order by
phone, or you can mail or fax your order to us. You can also order
online without a credit card (you'll just need to mail us
your check or money order!). When you get to the checkout page,
select "check" as your payment method and enter the check
number on the check you are mailing.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS VIA E-MAIL. For your
privacy, please do not submit your order or any personal information,
especially credit card information, via e-mail. E-mail is not secure
and your data can be exposed or intercepted rather easily. For this
reason we do not accept orders via e-mail.

Is shopping online at gullahgullah.com secure?
Yes. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure our
site's security.
How do I place an order online?
When you're ready to complete your purchase, you can proceed to
the shipping and billing information pages by clicking on "checkout"
at the top of any page on our site. The shipping charges and total
order amount will be posted when you reach the checkout pages. Simply
enter the shipping address and click on "continue" to proceed. Enter
your payment information and your billing address. Check your information
carefully, and then click on "continue" to complete your purchase.
You'll receive your order number on the confirmation page; be sure
to write this number down for future reference in the event you
have a question about your order. You'll also receive an order confirmation
via email.
Can I save my shopping cart if I'm not ready to check out?
If your web browser is set to accept cookies, your shopping cart
will be saved for 24 hours automatically if you leave our site without
completing a purchase (or if your browser or computer crashes).
To retrieve your saved items, access our Web site from the same
computer you used when you added the items to your cart, and click
on the "view cart" link in the top of any page on our
site.

Shipping
How long will it be before I receive my item(s)?
It's according to whether your item is being custom designed or
if you are buying a premade item. Please contact
us to inquire about the status of your shipment.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship via UPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges for U.S. orders will be calculated automatically
when you proceed to the checkout on our site according to the weight
of the product, or given to you when you place your order over the
phone.

Sales Tax
By law, we are required to collect a 5% sales tax on orders shipped
to South Carolina.
